Remove taxes from price

  • Hello,

    The plugin is sending emails with price higher than expected, it happens because it is adding the taxes.

    Is it possible remove the taxes from price (send emails with the regular/sale price)?

    WooCommerce plugin is already setting to not show the taxes on product price. The percentage of taxes changes according to the user’s location.

    Hi @kezily,

    This is strange. Ou plugin usually follows the WooCommerce settings only.

    Can you please share the screenshot of the WooCommerce tax settings & our plugin’s email template settings with us? So we can try to replicate the issue at our end.

    We will have to see the product prices displayed on the front end so please share your website URL as well so we will abandon a cart and check the behavior.
