    Hey! you have did that yourself. Hope you didn’t customized the theme files because in case of update your customization will get lost.

    For this you can simply use css code

    .head_form_main {
    display: none;
}

    For this, you can simply use custom CSS plugin or add in child theme’s style.css file.
