Remove the Avatar Bar?

Hi,

Love your plugin – been hunting for one like this, so thanks for that.

My question is, how do I remove the avatar bar between the comment submission box and the comments themselves. It seems a needless feature and I’d like to switch it off if possible?

It’s the box that just has commenters’ profile pictures in it with the number of comments underneath.
