Remove The call to No comments and Subscribe to RSS

Searched for days… Running MesoColumn theme. Searched WP files, Theme files, looked for plugin, hack, etc. I want to go live with my site. i have the comments post in a widget but need to remove the calls to the no comments and subscribe to rss feed above it. If you are going to post a solution, please mention the file to edit!
