    This might have already been asked or mentioned, I’ve tried searching but struggled to see anything!

    If we disable comments, is there any way of removing the comments section from the dashboard navigation and from within the admin bar itself?

    I know other plugins do use this method, it’s purely more cosmetic and for tidiness i guess!

    For removing it from the admin bar, use Admin Interface >> Clean Up Admin Bar.

    For hiding it (until toggled) from the side menu, use Admin Interface >> Admin Menu Organizer. You can only completely hiding the menu item and blocking access to the comments list page with the Pro version of ASE.

    Alternatively, you can always use some code snippets in your theme’s functions.php file to manually remove the comment and block access to the comments page. Note that this is beyond the scope of support. Maybe google or use AI?
