Remove the following redirect

    URL with ?gdsih-csp-report is used to collect CSP report violations. Redirect happens when the report is received and saved, or if someone attempts to access that URL without report, and it goes back to the home page. Both valid. If you don’t want the reporting features, disable it in the CSP settings.
