Remove the parameter with the post type at the end of the link

I really like this plug-in but can’t find a way to remove the parameter with the post type added at the end of every links generated.
for instance its generating
https://mysite.net/category/mycategory/?post_type=postwhile I simply want
https://mysite.net/category/mycategory/Thank’s in advance
