    Hello,

    Why is it that users have the option to select Receipt# when they try to create a ticket? can we take that off please?

    On another note – i tried to create a category but it’s not letting… says the below. i already cleared cache and all.

    Hi there,

    The receipt number shows up automatically when the support for WooCommerce or Easy Digital Downloads is turned on. If you are not using this e-commerce integration, then you can turn that feature off.

    Regarding adding a category, can you tell me what your user role is ?

    I’m an Administrator, Shop Staff , also i made sure that within the “User Role Editor” – my admin roles are ticketed for everything.

    Found it.. my second role (Shop Staff) had it ticked OFF < < You would think that the admin would override it ?? – thanks anyways.
