About the full width template, is it a custom template? Do i need to create certain .php file? Because it appears i dont have those option on my page setting > layout.

There are page templates on each page. This is a default option. You need to go to Edit page > Page settings (at the bottom of the page)

Thank for ur support, it looks like one of the plugin in disable the paget template option. Once i deactivate it, it worked perfectly
