Widget Visibility Time Scheduler does not have the option to show widgets by month. You can choose the days during a set period.

The periodical visibility can be achieved with our plugin Periodical Widget Visibility (https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/periodical-widget-visibility/). If you still miss features, we do also provide a Pro version.
