Remove Theme Options from the top Admin Bar

I am using the White Label CMS plugin. It does all that I want, except remove the Theme Options from the site name dropdown list located on the admin bar at the top. I am assuming there is some code that I can enter into the functions.php to disable this. I want the Admin Bar,(I am assuming this is what the top bar is called) I just want to remove a link from the dropdown list.

I have already contacted the creators of the White Label CMS plugin, however, I need this fixed as soon as possible as I am about to roll the site out. I am on version 3.8.1
