Remove 'This site is using AdRotate' from HTML comments

Hi,
Can you let me know if it is possible to remove the following HTML comment added to the header of every page:
<!– This site is using AdRotate v3.9.1 to display their advertisements – https://www.adrotateplugin.com/ –>
I have previously commented out the code in adrotate-output.php but obviously each new version adds this back in.
