Remove title attribute in footer links

  • Hi,
    I use the category widget to display my categories in the footer. Each link to the categories automatically gets an title attribute added by this widget:
    <a href="xxx" title="description">
    How can I remove this title attribute from the links?
    I’m using the theme Twenty Fourteen.
