remove title from sidebar template 2011

I am trying to remove the TITLE from the sidebar template in 2011. I am using a child theme at https://www.copywriting.id.au

I am trying a code solution from these pages to delete it …

But I can’t seem to find this on any template market “showcase” – can you advise what specific template its on? I am working from the Admin editor – I have looked through the parent files.
