Thanks for reaching out, great question! Before uninstalling the plugin do you recall performing a reset (Tools > Available Tools > Reset Site Kit)? I ask so because resetting the plugin will ensure most database records created by the plugin will be removed. You can install the plugin once more and perform this reset if not already done.

For the records that are not removed you can subscribe to the below GitHub issue, which details plans to ensure all records are removed:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/3201

I’ll also check your query with the team to see if this filter is ready to be used, along with any best practices if necessary. I’ll report back to you here once I have an update at some stage this week.

I have done the reset all records gone… but two records are still there with the following key names

    googlesitekit_db_version
    googlesitekit_has_connected_admins

Thanks for the update. I got feedback from the team based on your query just yesterday and they’ll be moving ahead with adding a filter which you can apply to remove these additional records as per the below GitHub issue:
    https://github.com/google/site-kit-wp/issues/3201

We’re hoping to get this out at the next release of Site Kit. We will however keep you information once this is ready to be used. Thanks for your valuable input! I’ll keep this support topic open and we’ll inform you once ready.
