Remove updates on plugin list page

    I seen update messages as “There is a new version of BLA available on BLA SITE. View version 3.1.3 details or automatically update.” on plugin list page and themes listing page before install the Disable WordPress Updates plugin.

    I thought after installed the plugin these lines will be removed. But it is not.

    What i should do to remove these lines? Is that plugin only is to restrict the update in the future? It wont remove the previous message? How can remove these messages on plugin list page and themes list page.
