Remove user doesn't work?

    I am trying to delete a user and it simple goes to a screen that says

    Are you sure you want to do this?
    Please try again.

    And the user isn’t removed.

  • Hi Jason,

    1) User – double-check that you are not currently logged in as the user you are trying to delete
    2) Plugins – disable active plugins to see if one is interfering with the ability to delete this user, either by design or bug
    3) Theme – switch to one of the default themes (twenty*) to see if the active theme is interfering with the ability to delete this user, either by design or bug

    The account was imported via an Active Directory plugin. I believe I’ve fixed what was causing that to not work so I don’t need to delete the account anymore. I guess that means this is “solved” but it must have something to do with that plugin.
