Remove waymark maps from sitemap

    Hi Joe! Question: I want to remove the maps from the sitemap.xml. I am using Yoast, and to avoid editing each one of my 110 maps to select “do not index it”, it is possible to bulk-remove entries in one of the ways listed in the page I linked.

    Are the Waymark maps a… particular post type? I mean: is it ok if I remove all posts type = “map”?

    @mistermagoo8691,

    Yes that’s right – all Waymark Maps use the waymark_map custom post type, so you should be able to filter them out using that.
