    Hey @wesleysoccer,

Thank you for reaching out to us for assistance. Based on your image, it looks like this could be the “Padding around Images“; however, to be entirely sure, please share the URL where I can see the feed to provide you with an accurate solution.

The image looks like that because it was completely square when loading into Instagram. Is there a workaround when I don’t upload image exactly square into instagram.

    Hey @wesleysoccer,

Thank you for your response. In this case, a specific theme CSS rule might cause it since the standard feed is always shown in squares and fits images into them. To troubleshoot this further, please share the URL where I can see the feed and check the issue.

    Hey @wesleysoccer,

Thank you for your response. After checking your Instagram post, I can see the image is being displayed correctly here, as the white borders are actually part of the image itself. Unfortunately, we don’t have a way to know that shouldn’t be displayed; in this case, if you want images to fill the entire square, I’d suggest uploading them normally to Instagram. We will adjust the portrait post to fit in a square once displayed on the feed.

    Best regards,
