Remove White space between Menu and Header widget

I am trying to remove the Dead white space between my main menu and my header widget. Its even creating this all around not just top. Its all 4 sides. Ive tried different size images it doesnt matter. Ive tried different image plugins all seem to create this thick white space. Below is the example im working with trying to remove the white space. Any help on the matter would help. Thanks

I would like the Image to sit flush on all 4 sides if possible, but im not exactly sure how to do that and i know the image would have to fit which is not a problem seeing as im creating the images myself just need a little extra help
