You can add this code to your functions.php to hide the message using CSS:

// hide things from admin
if ( current_user_can( 'add the user role you want to hide for here' ) ) {

	// Hide Admin message div 
	
	function hide_message() {
	    if(is_admin()){

	            #message { display: none !important; }
	          </style>';
	    }
	}

Through a lapse of inattention I had placed the wrong role for my client, now it worked. My fault.

@ospiotr thank you very much, with the latest version of WooCommerce (5.6.0) and Disable WooCommerce Bloat (2.5.2) the message is hidden.

The only problem is that while the page is loading the message still appears. It’s for a little while, but it’s still possible to see.

@neikoloves with the mentioned plugin it worked perfectly.
