Remove woo shipping fee for Local Pick Up

Hello,

Nice plugin, very happy with it.

From woo i set up so as after a certain amount in the cart, it will be free shipping.

Now using your plugin i just made at checkout 2 custom fields for delivery and pick up. Only problem i have with it is that when the client chooses Local pick up, it doesnt remove the transport fee. I want that after the local pick up is selected to automatically have free shipping.

Is there a way to do that from some php hooks?
