I’d recommend using a translation plugin like Loco Translate, to modify that string of text.

Using a translation plugin you can create your own custom “translation” to modify the default text strings that come with a plugin, or the translation that you are currently using.

I am already using Loco Translate but I can’t find that string anywhere, that is my problem. I was searching for that string in Loco plugin but both in Woocommerce and WordPress itself Loco can’t find that string. That is the problem, I would know how to translate but I don’t know where that string is.

    Hi @mare13ki,

Using Loco Translate, I was indeed able to find the corresponding string.

    Look here: https://cld.wthms.co/ZOYBr6

That was originally set to “vía” in Spanish, and I changed it to “por”. This changed the text in the email, accordingly:

We haven’t heard back from you in a while, so I’m going to mark this as resolved – if you have any further questions, you can start a new thread.
