Remove wpforo menu From Admin Top Bar?

Hi,

I tried to remove wpforo menu From Admin Top Bar, I made google search but found only old instructions who don’t work now or new messages who say that it’s not possible.

I keep wpforo, but it’s inactive, then this not useful menu takes a lot of place and I need to disconnect when I want click on other menus, inaccessible when I’m connected because of wpforo.

So, can you tell me how to remove it and if not possible as some messages indicate, make it possible as before?
