Remove: ' You may use these HTML tags and attributes'

    I would like to remove the default text ‘ You may use these HTML tags and attributes’ that appear after the comments section

    I am relatively new to WordPress and I once tried to edit code and the site could not load

    I just want someone to give me step by step advice how to remove it; I’ve read another thread so it does not look difficult but I don’t want to guess here as I have spent a lot of time on the site thus far…
