Removed /home from site url but site goes to 404 page

  • I am trying to setup a website with wordpress and faced this issue. So far i couldn’t find a soultion and hope you are able to help me.

    My homepage, I cloned it, and deleted old version. Now site does not work without /home. It is going to 404 Error page but https://mysite.com/home goes to site. I can’t remove /home from site url. I am cheking on homepage edit page, permalink appears https://mysite.com. But it does not work.

    – Settings > General > Static Page: OK
    – I use Polylang language plugin and “Example: https://mysite.com/ instead of https://mysite.com/home/” checked.
    – I checked database wp_options, Site and Home Url, it’s OK.

    I don’t know what can I do something else? Before remove old homepage there was no problem, what is the problem with new homepage? Settings is same.

    Please help me.

    it is normal, all files are in public-html.

    Try deactivating all your plugins and see if this error still occurs

    Thanks Outhands, when I deactivated Polylang it was fixed. But i activated plugin same problem came back. How i can fix this? Polylang settings are normal, what should I do about Polylang settings? What about to delete plugin completely , then to reinstall again?
