Removed Install- Site is gone. Anyway to Restore

I was initially trying to upload a basic html doc to my site via ftp and got the 500 internal server error. I attempted to fix it by renaming the .htaccess file to no avail.

I then accidentally deleted the WordPress installation from my hosts Cpanel and with it went my entire site.

Is there anything that I can do?
