Removed tags from posts, still showing up

Hello – I’m using this to dedicate a page to posts tagged Whole30. I want the full article to show up and it looks nice, except there are more posts here than there should be. I removed the Whole30 tag from several posts, but they still show up on the page. Here is what I’m using.
[add_posts whole-30=tag-slug show=15 h=2 full=false readmore= Whole30 – MadeItLoveItPaleo]

I removed the tags from the posts I don’t want to show up on this page, but they show up anyway. Do I need to de-activate and re-do this process to make it work? Will this automatically pull in new posts?
