    Hello,

I have spent hours on something that should be simple. Granted I am a new’b at Word Press.

I would like to remove “Archives and Meta” that is appearing on some of my pages in the right-hand side bar.

I have tried checking my widgets, nothing there.
I have tried adjusting my width to show no sidebars. That didn’t work.

I was looking at the PHP files to see if I could find something to delete, lol. I am good at that, but bad at figuring out which one to decipher through.
I played with some CSS code but did that wrong.

    Any helping minds out there?

    I am using Fruitful theme.

Hi leftygirl, this should be ask in
    https://www.ads-software.com/support/theme/fruitful

the theme author might had idea on this fix.

it might be the default widget when no item is set on right sidebar location. try drag recent post widget into right sidebar and see if it change, if yes, then you need to add your own item in right sidebar widget location.

Thanks for pointing me to the right area and suggestion. I did not realize that I was in the wrong theme’s forum!! **embarrassed** Sorry about that.

Your a genius by the way. I added an adsense widget to one of the widget side bars and that worked like a charm. Thank you for your help, even though I had the wrong theme.
