Removing banner & plugin for urgent need

    My organization has a message live on our site through this plugin that we need to remove immediately. We’ve tried changing the message displayed, deactivating the plugin, and clearing cache but are not having any luck. We’ve checked the code too with no luck there. Is there a step to removing the banner that we are missing? Any tips are appreciated – thanks!

    Please clear your server side cache through whichever speed or optimization plugin you are using.

    Thank you for the tip! We’re trying to navigate now to make that happen. Where would I find the option to make that happen? Our web developer is out of reach so my Communications team is trying.

    If you link your site i can see if i can find which plugin may be responsible for your server side caching.

    We were actually just able to get in touch with our developer and got the banner updated. Thanks for the assistance, it’s greatly appreciated!
