Removing base slug for Dokan vendor store URL store permalink

    We would like store URLs to be more similar to a Facebook page URL (ie. Facebook.com/name ….instead of Facebook.com/page/name)

    Most WordPress SEO plugins allow us to strip or remove category base, is it possible to do the same with the Vendor Store URL base? (Dokan > Settings > General)

    I understand this is not possible ‘out of the box’ and there are many benefits to having all store entities within a slug, however technically, is there any reason that store URLs must use a base slug?

    The store URL is quite important in Dokan because all of the store templates and functionalities inside it is based on that.

    Also, this is a part of how Dokan is build up it was used extensively all over the codebase. If you are interested to dig then you can look for the definition and use of the function – custom_store_url.
