Removing Billing Address, but keeping the Shipping Address

    Hi! Is there a way to remove the CSS billing address while keeping the shipping address of all the templates?

    I tried the code #addresses td:nth-child(1) {display: none;}, but it removes both billing and shipping for some reason. I need to keep the shipping address. Thanks.
