[NSFW] Removing cells from table in WordPress

So. This page has a sort of table in it but I have no idea how to delete rows, columns and or cells. I tried selecting them and hitting delete and right clicking on the cells or the corners. The only think I can edit is the content and the overall size by dragging the corners. As you can see there are two unused rows that need to be deleted.

Most editors like you would find in Microsoft Word allow you to edit the tables. There are no table editing menus or icons that I can find.
