Removing Custom Header

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to remove my custom header from my other pages. On my homepage I have a headline with an optin box and a video as my header.

I only want it on my homepage and on all of my other pages I created I just want my content and what I have on the sidebars to show at the top of the page. Having that video come on every page can be a little annoying for a visitor to my site, so I don’t want it on every page.
