Removing drop shadow from slider text

Do you mean the shaded box which wraps the text?

Thanks for the reply, not quite. I mean that the actual text has a drop shadow. Though loking at other peoples’ sample sites it seems it’s not an issue so it might be something in my settings rather than customizr.

Ah I see, nope it’s a customizr default setting.
Try this:

.carousel-caption .lead, .carousel-caption h1 {
    text-shadow: none;
}
