Removing First and Last name from registration.

I really like the idea of this plugin and how it creates a Registration page that isn’t the WP backdoor but I am having some issues.

I have been all throughout the menus and cannot find a way to remove first and last names from the registration page.

I wish to allow my users anonymity, is this possible?
