Removing from homepage

By the way, I have the same problem. It may be because I am using Siteorigin theme and my front page is a “Page”.

Other plugins seem to understand that the front page is a front page though, so there may be an issue.

With some themes, this plugin automatically understands this is a homepage but with others this is not clear and you get the icons there also.

That’s why they have individual settings for each page or post so that you may disable it at a particular instance only: https://cloudup.com/cGolEozu9-Y

You’ll find those at the bottom of page editing screen but we usually don’t pay attention to them…
