Removing FWD: and RE: from subject lines

Hey Wayne,
As the title says, is there anyway to do this?
From what I can see in the FAQ’s if you replace the headline with another one of your choosing by putting the first line as #NEW HEADLINE#, but this seems to require plain text.
Is there any way to do this with HTML, as it’s important for us for links and youtube videos?
