Removing Header Image in 2010 Weaver 1.5.4

Hi there,

my site is https://www.myenvelopeaccounting.com I am using 2010 Weaver 1.5.4.

I am trying to remove the green bar or header image you see so that just the uploaded logo will appear above the menu or even in such a way that it looks proper (as in to the left justified).

I have spent about a week searching for articles on this topic and have only found that i should reduce the size to zero yet somehow cannot find the snippet of code to do this if this is in fact the best method. I sincerely appreciate any help as this is the first time I have built a site in WordPress on my own.
