    Make a copy of “page.php” to your child theme folder and then delete the first line from it that looks like this:

    <?php get_header() ?>

    Hope this helps.

    I deleted that first line but now I can’t bring up the site. This is the message I get:
    Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /hermes/bosweb/web201/b2011/ipg.chadfloydcom/chadswebsite/wp-content/themes/commune/page.php on line 25
    Any suggestions?

    OK first log back to your site and put back that line again so that your site keeps running normally. The link to login is like this:

    https://localhost/wp-test/wp-admin/

    You need to change the above link to meet your sites requirements.

    Then I suggest re-post your question to this link:

    https://www.ads-software.com/support/forum/hacks

    They should know it better. Please also tell them what is your theme because it looks like there is something in the theme.

    Good luck.

    Ok, the site now loads. I copied the files in page.php and pasted them in my themes folder. I then deleted that line of code you referred to in the themes folder. The header is still on all pages though. Did I follow the right steps?

    For whatever reason now my widgets are not showing up. I thought I had re-pasted everything in the right spot but looks like something got changed. Any suggestions?
    I’ll post my original question in the forum you suggested.

    [please keep the responses here, thanks]

    Figured it out. I had to reinstall the theme.
