Removing header shadow and widget-title::after in sidebar

hi there,

i love this theme. but two things gave me a hard time:

1) how do i remove the headers shadow?

2) how do i remove the widget-title::after (50px*4px) in the sidebar or at least change the color so it’ll blend in with the background color?

thankful for any suggestions!
