removing heading/sub heading box

Hello would be greatfull if sombody could just point me in the right direction to remove the heading/sub heading box. i have posted photos, as i am local host.Hueman theme

i managed to remove the text but the box still remains, im sure this is an easy fix sorry in advance for my lack of skills )) note the problem box im referring to is where its says building and decoration, above the slider in white ))
