Removing Home page that shows up twice.

    For some reason there is a duplicate home page. One I created and one that was created by the theme (I’m assuming). How do I get rid of the one that the theme added. My site is https://174.121.11.251/~command/blog/

    The one in all capitals is the one I want to delete. Is that possible and if so, how do I do it?
