    Hi there,

First of all, my php.ini at max_filesize is set more than 10 MB.

I can upload something by PHP if it don’t take more than 10 MB of space.

“Then, where is the problem?” When I go to “Import” and select WordPress (XML File), I see: “Maximum size: 2m”. My XML file has 5 MB.

I try to upload it, but it says that is too big. How I can fix it?

    Thanks!

    Sorry, that was my mistake.

How was this resolved? I am having the same problem. I tried the split file email thing but it hasn’t worked after five tries with three different browsers. did anyone figure this out?

    I’m too.

    I have changed php.ini 16M.

    Import WordPress

Sorry, there has been an error.

The uploaded file exceeds the upload_max_filesize directive in php.ini.

Now I have change the php.ini to 16mb

and wordprss show Choose a file from your computer: (Maximum size: 16m )

but when i upload file 5.6MB

they told me a blank page at firefox and not find website at IE

That’s good if WP saw the change.

Your import died for another reason (there are many possivle). You should have gotten other errors or (lack of) progress messages.

Is there a fix for this or an easy way to remove/change the max file size?
    I need atleast 9MB.

    Thnx
