removing items from cart

Good afternoon.

I’m facing some issues on my website, specifically in removing items from cart.

In some cases, clients can’t remove the items from cart and there is no refreshing of the list. On other cases, the page shows the message that the item was discarded, although the same item was just moved to the bottom of the cart list, without being able to be removed further.

What I need, therefore, is some help, both in understanding what is going on with my website and on how to remove the items from the client’s lists that are facing this issues, in order for them to proceed with the purchasing procedure.
