    Hello!

I’m trying to remove the tab functionality in all of my category/product pages. I removed the code from the custom code field and unchecked all the boxes and it didn’t work. I also set up a testing site on a separate server and deactivated and even deleted the plugin and it still didn’t work. Whoever worked on this site before me added the code to every single category page and it’s slowing down our site big time. Please help me resolve this issue. I’ve been having to remove the code manually in the html editor on each category one by one.

I’ve included a link to just one of the category pages that I need to remove the tabs from. It’s the tab content with the mouseover event listeners.

    Thank you!

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

If someone manually added the code independent of the plugin then you’ll have no choice other than to systematically search for the offending code and remove it.

Sounds like that’s the case if you’ve deleted the plugin and the code is still active.

That’s what I was afraid of. Thank you for your help. It is greatly appreciated.

No problem. Sorry I couldn’t be of more assistance.
