Removing "Leave a Reply" Section from Front Page

    I want to not have the “Leave a Reply” section at the bottom of my landing page. I am using the “Default” page template. I just want static content with NO reply section. How can I do that?

    Found the answer to this elsewhere on this board.

    Edit each published Page or Post and uncheck “Allow comments” in each case. If you do not see this pane, click Screen Options at the very top of the page and check “Discussion”.
