Removing links to team page in league table

Hi, I installed this plugin and finally understand what I’m doing now and it’s fantastic.

I have a very basic league table in the footer of my site and I would like to know how I can remove the links to the team pages from the team names in the league table, as these pages aren’t currently relevant to my website.
