  • You are referring to the admin bar. WordPress comes with it, but the options in it are often supplemented by plugins. By the way, you can hide the whole bar in your WordPress profile settings. However, there is no management on the part of WordPress to show and hide individual options in it.

    Your left arrow points to the option of WordPress to start the Customizer. You can hide that via CSS. Use this plugin: https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/admin-css-mu/ (or another one which can add backend CSS) and add

    .hide-if-no-customize { display: none; }

    above it.

    Your right arrow points to an option of the Rank Math plugin. If and how you can hide it there, you would have to ask their support.
