Removing Mobile Mode

This is something that @seahawksean has been grappling with for the last week: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/static-website-with-customizr-theme and https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/keep-desktop-menu-for-any-browserscreen-size.

It’s a non-trivial problem to completely unbuild the built-in responsiveness.

Either follow what Seahawksean has done or (what I would do) choose an unresponsive theme rather than trying to unpick Customizr’s responsiveness.
